Rolekite compared
Jobindex alternative: Rolekite compared
Jobindex is Denmark's largest job site and free for job seekers. Rolekite does not try to replace it: it reads Jobindex together with Jobnet, The Hub, employers' career pages and job portals in other European countries, puts everything into one list without duplicates and adds an application tracker.
Who adds or switches to Rolekite
- You search in Denmark and across the border, for example in South Jutland and northern Germany, and want one list instead of several portals.
- You send many applications and want stages, notes and files in one place instead of a spreadsheet.
- You prefer English: Rolekite works in English and ten other languages.
- You want companies that turned you down to disappear from your list and your e-mails.
Where Jobindex is better
- It is free.
- It has far more Danish ads. Rolekite only shows ads whose title matches your positions.
- You can apply through Jobindex with your profile and CV, and it has an app.
- Its archive of older ads helps you research a field.

Questions
- Does Rolekite include Jobindex ads?
- Yes. Rolekite reads Jobindex for your job titles and links to the employer's own ad where there is one, otherwise to Jobindex.
- Does Rolekite find jobs that Jobindex does not have?
- Sometimes: jobs on career pages that no portal lists, and jobs in other countries. Jobindex collects many Danish company pages itself, so in Denmark the difference is smaller than abroad.
- Can I use both?
- Yes. Many people keep a free Jobagent and use Rolekite for the combined list and their applications.
