Terms of service
1. Provider
Rolekite is provided by Nikolaj Andersen Software (Nikolaj Andersen), Burkal Kirkevej 46, 6372 Bylderup-Bov, Denmark, CVR no. 46709438, VAT no. DK46709438, e-mail hello@rolekite.com.
2. The service
Rolekite collects job ads whose titles match the positions you enter from job portals and employers' career pages, shows them in your account and, if you wish, sends you a daily e-mail with new matches. Each ad links to its source. Employers and portals are responsible for their ads; we cannot guarantee that ads are complete, correct or still open, or that you find a job. We aim to keep Rolekite available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted operation.
3. Your account
An account is for one person. Keep your password secret and use an e-mail address you can receive mail at. Do not copy Rolekite's content automatically or use the service in a way that disrupts it.
4. Price, trial and payment
Rolekite costs €12 per month including VAT. Each account can use one free trial of 7 days. You enter a payment card when you start the trial; the first payment is taken when the trial ends unless you cancel before. After that the subscription renews every month and is paid in advance until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; you find your invoices under Account → Manage subscription.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time under Account → Manage subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and you keep access until then. If you delete your account, a running subscription ends immediately. We may end a subscription with 30 days' notice, or immediately if these terms are seriously breached; prepaid time you can no longer use is refunded.
6. Right of withdrawal and money-back guarantee
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the subscription within 14 days of starting it without giving a reason. To do so, send us a clear statement, for example by e-mail to hello@rolekite.com: “I hereby withdraw from my Rolekite subscription. Account e-mail: …, date: …”. We refund all payments received within 14 days, using the same payment method.
In addition, we refund your first payment in full if you ask for it within 14 days of that payment.
7. Friend codes
A friend code is entered in the promotion code field at checkout. It can be used once and makes the subscription free for as long as Rolekite is offered. Codes have no cash value and must not be sold.
8. Price changes
We announce price changes by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect. You can cancel before the new price applies.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and where the law does not allow limitation. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the damage. We are not liable for the content of job ads or of third-party websites.
10. Changes to these terms
We inform you of material changes by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
11. Law and complaints
Danish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Please write to us first if you are not satisfied. Consumers can also complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet) via naevneneshus.dk.
